Very Good

The beginning of a brand new series by Sara Shepard (author of the Pretty Little Liars series) is full of mystery, drama and intrigue. And one of the main characters is DEAD! The mystery is not solved by the end of book one - but there are lots of clues and almost everyone seems to be a suspect. In the fashion of the Prince and Pauper, Emma is dropped into the life of her recently found twin sister, Sutton. The only problem is that Sutton is dead and Emma has to figure out who killed her without getting herself killed. This book is full of teen drama and mean girl activities. There is also a liberal amount of sex talk (although no actual sex) and the characters do engage in alcohol consumption and drinking games several times. This book is appropriate for mature junior high and high school students. Make sure you read the author's note at the end of the book before you return it to the library!
