Soiled, frayed ; split into 4 pieces. Accompanying material badly torn.
Accompanying material is a letter to the Supreme Court in New York on behalf of property owner Mary G. Pinckney "In the matter of the opening of 151st Street ..." It includes a small diagram in watercolor.
