The Canadian segments include excerpts from Hen Hop and other works by Norman McLaren, Hot Stuff, by Zlatko Grgic and Don Arioli, Everything for Nothing, by Frederic Back, and Al Sen's A Hard Day at the Office, as well as interviews with McLean, Arioli, Back, and other Canadian animators.
