An ancient repast for modern tables

In the tradition of Maggie Black's 'Medieval Cookbook'; perhaps Butler's 'Pleyn Delit,' Jenkins reintroduces a collection of classic recipes from the UK and abroad. More so, he offers ways in which to best support such cookery in modern kitchens so not to confuse modern readers. Jenkins is spot on...
