The first, third, and fourth plates are signed: N. Pigalle, sculpt., [John] Scoles, sculp., and Benjamin Tanner, sc. respectively. The second, fifth, and sixth plates are unsigned. Pigalle, Scoles and Tanner were all active in New York City in 1794.
