Report includes documents and diplomatic correspondence concerning Florida, the destruction of the Negro fort, and the Seminole War. This 'Message', addressed to the House and dated December 28th, 1818, transmits a report from the Secretary of State dated Department of State, December 23d, 1818. Also concerns charges brought against two British subjects, Robert Ambrister and Alexander Arbuthnot.
