Abstract:

The 1st work is a silent film fantasy of a futuristic city, Metropolis, and its mechanized society depicting the dehumanization of cities. Set in the year 2000, the story follows a young, upper-class man who abandons his life of luxury to join oppressed workers in a revolt.

The 2nd work involves a leader of a new world and a despotic wartime ruler, and revolves around a world war that lasts nearly a quarter of a century, along with the resulting struggle that ensues between art and science during the rebuilding of Everytown.
