In the NOM, Dr. Bill and Handyman Negri are at the castle playing their instruments. Lady Elaine arrives and watches. King Friday arrives and they play some more, only this time, King Friday joins in. Lady Elaine says that they will never win, and Dr. Bill says that the arts festival is not about winning, but about having fun. King Friday asks Lady Elaine why she has to stick her big nose into everyone's business and Lady Elaine hurries away. Lady Aberlin arrives near the castle; Elsie Jean calls to Lady Aberlin from the Platypus Mound and shows her the vegetable wreath that she is making for the arts festival. Lady Elaine arrives at the Platypus Mound with a quilt over her head and tells them that, this way, no one will see her nose. She tells them what King Friday said about her sticking her big nose into everyone's business. Lady Aberlin says that the quilt is a decorative covering and that underneath it is one of her favorite people; Lady Elaine asks Elsie Jean if Lady Aberlin is kidding her and Elsie Jean says that Lady Elaine has a lot of people who like her. Lady Elaine starts to cry, and says that people don't say 'kind stuff' to her very much; she says that maybe people don't say kind things to her because she doesn't say kind things to them.
Back in Mr. Rogers' house Mr. Rogers feeds the fish. He folds his quilt. He says that no matter what your face looks like, people can like you exactly as you are and that, what is inside is what matters the most.
