In the NOM, Oliver Circus Clown is looking for Purple Panda. He asks the trolley to give Panda the message that his friend is coming. Purple Panda has been up all night looking for his circus friends. In the morning, Oliver Clown finds his way to the NOM. He and Purple Panda are happy to see each other. At the McFeely's, Mr. Kamin shows how to make balloon animals.
