Abstract:

Mr. Rogers puts on his raincoat and goes to the kitchen to make a rainbow with a flashlight. He can't get it to work so he calls Mr. McFeely for help, but he's busy. Mr. Rogers is angry. He draws a rainbow on paper with crayons and talks about being angry.

In the NOM, the castle is covered with drawings. Lady Elaine is singing that she knows she's going to win. She drew the museum and herself on a boomerang. She shows her work to Chuck Aber as he's on his way to the castle with a rain machine. The rain machine doesn't work. Handyman Negri and Lady Aberlin bring more entries. Ana wins the contest because she had people in her picture. A rainbow appears in the sky because Chuck concentrated so hard. Ana wants to share this prize with everyone. Mr. McFeely brings gold to show Mr. Rogers. Mr. McFeely makes a rainbow with a projector and a prism. They talk about how real rainbows are made. Mr. Rogers talks about how good it is to have friends that can help you.
