Abstract:

Mr. Rogers goes to the barbershop. The barber, Angelo Spampinato, says he cuts Corny's hair. The barber and Mr. Rogers talk about how haircuts don't hurt. Mr. Spampinato leaves Mister Rogers with a book to look at and goes to meet Corny at the factory to give him a haircut.

In the NOM, Bernie Jessol shows Daniel some gymnastic tricks, then goes to get a haircut at the barbershop where Mr. Rogers is. Mr. Spampinato cuts Corny's hair and inspects the king's hair.
