Most individual issues lack imprint and numerical designation, with the exception of vol. 4, no. 48 (December 1731) which was issued with its own title page; volume numbers in running titles.
Some issues dated according to Lady Day dating.

Issues for the years 1728 to 1731 collected annually with added general title page, preliminaries and indexes; vol. 1 for 1728 bears the imprint: London : printed for Aaron Ward, at the King's-Arms in Little-Britain. Issues for vol. 5 (1732) lack general title page; publication ceased in March 1732.
Each issue in three parts: 'Affairs of Great Britain and Ireland', 'Foreign affairs' and 'A register of books, &c. publish'd ... ', with the latter getting its own annual cumulated index; in later volumes, indexes are further subdivided.
Vol. 4 contains a separately paged Appendix.
Selections were reprinted in the Gentleman's Magazine from Jan. 1731, which finally absorbed most of the clientele for this publication.
Includes monthly lists of books published, both new and reprinted publications.
