Abstract:
The routine is replicated from the total body routines that Scott instructed when he was active duty in the SEAL Team. The workout can be broken down into two 20 min. workouts, combining chest, shoulders and abs in one workout and back, bicepts and lower body in another. Scott put together this combo routine for Men's Fitness magazine to teach people how to get effective training done in a short amount of time. Drop setting, super setting and Pyramid training are some of the techniques you will be taught to get quality strength and resistance training.
