Abstract:
In 1933, the Nazis installed a programme of eugenics that consciously drew on the US Restriction Act of 1924, which prohibited the immigration of those with hereditary illnesses and entire ethnic groups. In this book, Stefan Kuhl shows that many American scientists supported Hitler's policies.
