Abstract:

Andy's vacation began innocently enough. He planned to spend a week painting the sun-drenched seascapes of the Texas coast. Then he met Jolene, his perfect woman or so he thought until she turned his life into a screaming hell. He entered a nightmare of brutal murder, bizarre sex, and mistaken identity, the consequences of which put him face to face with Huntsville's executioner. Andy had only one chance: his brother Zack's conviction that despite his outrageous story, Andy couldn't have committed such a bloody and degrading crime. But before the truth can be told, Zack's instincts as a private investigator would be stretched to the limit. He would fight an overzealous assistant attorney general who was determined to end Andy's life in order to further his politically motivated war on crime. And the seductive charms of Andy's femme fatale would envelop even Zack--Publisher description.
