Senator Thomas Terry (Tom) Connally, his family, and associates, shown in news photographs, political cartoons, and studio portraits. Includes pictures of senators with architectural model of the extended East Front of the Capitol, President Franklin D. Roosevelt tossing the ball to begin the Washington baseball season, meetings of the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the Sixty-seventh Congress, 1930 group portrait on the steps of the Capitol, Winston Churchill addressing a joint session of Congress, May 19, 1943, Connally speaking at Arlington National Cemetery in 1934, and a Roosevelt-Wallace inauguration program.
