"Printed on Nidiggen, Hahnemüle, and Fabriano papers. It was printed in 12 pt. Bodoni and was set by Kent LeFebvre in Holyoke, Massachusetts. The basic book form is concertina and single sections are hand sewn into the concertina folds ... The copper embossings were made and patinated at the Ziggurat Press. John Romano fabricated the binding in Providence, Rhode Island.
