Abstract:

Sal has been the foreman at North Shore Fish, a frozen fish factory, for years. At North Shore Fish, laughter is their medicine to get through the monotomy of work, especially when the pressure is on to increase their output. The job gets tougher when a new health inspector, Shimma arrives and could shut them down if they don't meet government standards. Try as they might to keep things running, a stunned Sal announces the closure of North Shore Fish, which has been sold to an atheltic club and they must pack their things immediately.
