Abstract:
In this interview Father Marion Casey discusses his involvement with the Catholic Worker Movement. He talks about his background and how he found out about the Movement. He then discusses various houses of hospitality that he has been involved with. He reflects on the philosophy of the Worker. He then recollects encounters he had with Peter Maurin as well as Ammon Hennacy. Finally he reflects more generally on the Worker and its place both in society and in the Catholic Church. Interviewed by Deane Mowrer.
