Wonderful and fascinating collection
Translating poetry presents a dilemma: you can stay close to the literal meaning of the original and produce a flat, academic, pedestrian "faithful" version, or you can try to bring out some selected aspect of what makes the original attractive, almost always at the expense of straying...
