"Suffrage and Music: My First Eighty Years" (ts. autobiography), records of the Woman Citizen Corporation, and correspondence on suffrage comprise the original collection. A much larger addendum contains family correspondence, diaries, and photographs of Brown and her husband Arthur Raymond Brown, artist and advertising executive; his writings, sketches and courtship letters; and diaries, account books and writings of his parents and grandparents that document the childhood, schoolteaching, marriage and widowhood of his maternal ancestors. Also included are 19th century children's books and primers, religious tracts, and memorabilia.
