Includes records of Mt. Vernon Congregational Church, Boston; acrostics done by family members; estate papers; information concerning Aaron Hobart's dry goods business; and political correspondence with Nathaniel P. Banks, George S. Boutwell, Lewis Cass, David T. Disney, Benjamin F. Hallett, Marcus Morton, and Richard Rush. Other persons represented include Eunis Everett, Albert (b. 1792), Deborah W.
