Subseries V-B, Texts, contains transcriptions and translations of brief Native American, particularly Delaware, narratives, songs, tales, and conversations. Subseries V-C, Other, contains notes and clippings regarding Voegelin's research interests.

Series VI (3 linear ft.) contains notes on and texts in the languages of the Blackfoot, Delaware, Potawatomi, Seneca, and particularly, the Shawnee and Ojibwa Indians.
