Correspondence, manuscripts for speeches, notes, articles, reports, pamphlets, photos, publications, and other papers of Miller reflect her political career. Also included is information on International Labour Organisation conferences, the 1946 conference in London where she served as advisor to the U.S. delegation to the General Assembly of the UN and as the government representative to the ILO's constitutional committee meetings, and later meetings about bringing the ILO into the UN. Material on UNICEF, the National Committee on Household Employment, the International Union for Child Welfare Survey, and Friends of Alliance is included as well as Miller's diary of a trip to Delhi, India. Frances P. Bolton, Herbert Lehman, Clara (Mortenson) Beyer, Pauline Newman, Frances Perkins, and Louisie Stitt are correspondents.
