Chiefly office files relating to Wyatt's duties as general counsel to U.S. Federal Reserve Board, 1922-1946, and recorder of decisions for U.S. Supreme Court, 1946-1963; together with personal diaries; papers relating to University of Virginia Alumni and Law Alumni Associations, Rock Creek Park Estates Protective Association, and Wyatt's nomination to fill a vacancy on U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia; and articles, speeches, and oral history tape. Topics include role of Federal Reserve Board during the Depression, New Deal, and World War II; banking legislation and litigation; bank suspension studies; branch banking; and war financing. Diaries and Supreme Court files describe court operations and judges' personalities and contain information on important decisions such as John L. Lewis vs. U.S., Brown vs. Board of Education, and Rosenberg vs. U.S. Correspondents include Hugo Black, Harold H. Burton, Tom C. Clark, Colgate W. Darden, William O.
