Brief papers of Dunne, a Socialist Workers Party leader who rose to prominence during the Minneapolis Teamster Strike in 1934. Included are biographical clippings; an obituary; and correspondence (1941-1969) collected by the SWP that Dunne exchanged with party leaders such as James P. Cannon, Farrell Dobbs, and Morris Stein. Topics treated in the correspondence include conditions in Minneapolis (1958-1959) and other SWP branches, public relations tours made by Dunne, and biographical information about his brother William Dunne who was also a radical activist.
