Holographs, typescripts, carbon & photocopy typescripts, photographs, layouts & paste-ups, notes & research material, clippings, dummies, galley & page proofs, a substantial amount of correspondence from children and teachers to Marguerite Henry, much of it annotated by her to show she replied, as well as art work, stories, & photographs from children, business and personal correspondence including some to/from Norine Odland (educator) & Robert Lougheed (illustrator), miscellaneous material including her Newbery Medal & two other awards, a recorded interview with Marguerite Henry and the illustrator Wesley Dennis about the book Album of horses, non-book material for Born to trot and Brighty of the Grand Canyon, memorabilia for Gaudenzia, Pride of the Palio, material for a speech read at the Children's Book Fair Luncheon in 1961, and material relating to the tv movie version of San Domingo.
