Sound recordings and typescripts of interviews, bibliographies, and photocopies of legal papers and depositions relating to the United States District Court Case of Andrew F. Ehat vs. Jerald Tanner, et al. (1983-4). The interviews of the Tanners were conducted by Scott Faulring, James D'Arc, and Roger Flick. This collection grew out of Faulring's senior history project at Brigham Young University. The court case was Ehat's attempt to sue the Tanners for publishing materials to which Ehat claimed ownership.
