MacFarlane'snotes on Torres Strait; 1029 - Journal kept on Torres Strait Expedition, 1888-1889; 1039 -Private journal of second Torres Strait Exp., 1898; 1052 -Correspondence with R. Bruce, J.S. Bruce, Chalmers; 2011 - Immigrations - New Guinea coast, inc. notes by Haddon on Ms. by the Rev. J.H. Holmes re Melanesia; 2015 - Holmes Ms. 'Distribution history and migration of the Naman people and Ipi tribe'; notes on Gulf Dist.; 2021 - Notes by Rev. Copland King and Haddon on Massim area; 2068 - Holmes' notes and mss. on Gulf of Papua, with an introduction by Haddon; 3078 -Correspondence with London Missionary Society; 4067 -Literature on the teaching of anthropology to missionaries, inc. original letters and a paper, 'The Study of Native Culture in Relation to Administration', which Haddon read in Sydney in 1914.
