Script: Written in a cursive hand, probably 18th century.
Binding: 19th-century quarter-bound leather with paper sides.
Origin: Despite previous dating to the lifetime of George Sandys (d. 1644), this manuscript was almost certainly copied later, probably in the 18th century, in England.
Provenance: 1. Belonged to the library of Prince Augustus Frederick, Duke of Sussex, as per catalog list of the Bibliotheca Sussexiana and bookplate on front paste-down -- 2. Belonged to George Livermore, as per his sale (Libbie, 1894) -- 3. Purchased from Dobell, 27 December 1941.
