Abstract:

The goddess Diana is angry and two men pledge their children, Amarilli & Silvio, in marriage to appease her. Trouble is, Amarilli loves Mirtillo instead, and Silvio doesn't love anyone. Meanwhile, Dorinda loves Silvio and Eurilla also loves Mirtillo. Eurilla schemes to remove her dear friend Amarilli and win Mirtillo for herself. Will she succeed?
