Illustrations: full-page Crucifixion woodcut, arms of the pope, the emperor and the author. The arms cuts are combined with three ornamental border pieces (white on black)--to form full-page borders on four leaves. Ornamental and historiated initials (white on black). The ornamentation of the book has been attributed to Francesco Griffi da Bologna, who is said to have worked at Fossombrone with Petrucci, possibly because of a confusion with Francesco Raibolini da Bologna, called Il Francia, the painter.
