An Essay concerning Human Understanding was created by file comparing the 12th edition with the Fraser edition and arbitrating discrepancies with the 4th (the last lifetime edition) and 5th editions. Two Treatises on Government was created by file-comparing the 12th edition against the 1714 and 1728 editions, with two out of three arbitrating discrepancies. Page numbers were drawn from the Nidditch and Laslett editions (the standard editions) for the two works. Some Thoughts concerning Education is drawn from the 3rd edition, with the additions of the 4th and 5th editions. Essays on the Law of Nature is a reproduction of the Oxford University Press edition of 1954. Of the Conduct of the Understanding is a reproduction of the 1901 Oxford University Press edition.
