Photographs include the following formats: cabinet photographs, cartes-de-visite, daguerreotypes, group portraits, photograph on milk glass, portraits, proofs, tintypes, and others. Other materials include: clippings, drawings, engravings, engraving plate, lithographs, notes, and postcards.

Includes daguerreotypes of the following individuals: John Long Graves; Lavinia Norcross Dickinson; Susan Huntington Dickinson (4 items); Austin Dickinson; and Martha Gilbert Smith.
