After the National Anthem, Governor Collins adjourns the convention. Walter Cronkite, Edward R. Murrow, Al Kendrick, and Howard K. Smith discuss "interesting aspects" of, and the significance of, Kennedy's speech. Cronkite briefly interviews the three Westinghouse spokespersons, Betty Furness, Babby? (possibly Betty Furness' daughter, Barbara Sturtevant Furness Snyder), and Fred Davis.
