Of the sixty copies printed, only twenty copies are for sale, the remaining copies being held by Messrs Studley and Moser ... Numbers 1 to 20 were held by Mr. Moser, numbers 21 to 40 were held by Mr. Studley, and numbers 41 to 60 were offered to the public ... The concept and design is the joint work of the two men. The typeface is Rialto ... The pages of text are printed on 80 pound Mohawk Superfine, Soft White. The engravings are printed on 70 pound Classic Crest, Natural ... The clamshell boxes were fabricated by Kater-Crafts bookbinders in Pico Rivera, California. All of the impressions were printed from the original blocks ... Of the one hundred and sixty-one engravings, forty-nine were engraved especially for this presentation ..."--Colophon.
