Notes: | The Prism began publication in September 1915 as a weekly newspaper, supplanting an earlier campus newsletter "The Monthly". It continued until 1923, when it was replaced by "The Yellow Jacket." Issues are scattered with missing issues throughout. The most complete run is 1915, with 28 issues. The Prism was published by student editors and staff, usually with a faculty sponsor. Early student editors were C.E. Lancaster, Ruth McCauley, Osie Maedgen, Harley Smith, Wilber Duke, Walter Higginbotham, W.R. White, Elmer Watson, Willard Taylor, and Carrie Camp. |
