ABS copy: bound in brown leather over board. Blind-stamped covers. Raised bands. Feathered end papers. Red edges. Title in gold on spine, on red leather label.
Text printed in double column, verse form, single red rule down center of page, verse no. indented in matching type. Title centered at top of left hand side page, chapter no. centered at top of right hand side page, all between red rules. Entire printed page within red rules. Without references. Engraved initials indented over 3 lines at the beginning of the first Psalm and of books (N.T.); bold-face type initials indented over 2 lines at the beginning of the other Psalms and all chapters (N.T.).
Even though the date on Psalms is 1658, while the date on N.T. is 1653, the signature for the book is consecutive and it ends on Gg 4 a. Therefore, it is probable that the whole book was printed in 1658.
ABS copy has MS notes on the title page (Psalms) and on p. 375.
