Farber presents his four steps found in the words "radical LEAP." Cultivate Love, Generate Energy, Inspire Audacity, Provide Proof. He presents his ideas by way of parable. He talks about being willing to take risks, rewarding the people around you in a timely manner, asking the right questions by weaving these concepts into a story about the fictional company XinoniX. The specifics of each of the four LEAP componants are summarized at the end. The book is an easy read--worth the couple dollars it cost at a used book shop.
