Notes: Two versions of the same film. In 1940, Francisco Franco wrote a script entitled "Raza". In 1941 the film version was released with government approval but with an anonymous author. In 1950, a new version of the film was released entitled "Espíritu de una raza", eliminating Fascist and anti-American references. Most copies of the first version were destroyed. In 1993, Filmoteca Española acquired a copy of the first version.
