Includes essays and papers by students, student records, grade sheets, seating charts, exams, syllabi, bulletins, and material about the Public Affairs Laboratory, a resource for students in the class. Includes correspondence and minutes of the meetings of the Great Issues Steering Committee, correspondence with alumni who had taken the class, and a report based on the responses of the alumni. Includes editorials from The Dartmouth criticizing the course and material about the Senior Symposia and the Student Forum. Includes recordings of most lectures. Also includes a copy of a thesis, entitled An oral history of the Great Issues course, by Thomas W. Eggleston.
