The first 12 series contain correspondence information concerning admissions, technology, international topics, commencement, financial aid and scholarships, the spring/summer program, freshmen, undergraduates, AACRAO, UHEAA, and CES. Much of this correspondence is to and from Erlend D. Peterson, Dean of Admissions and Records. Admissions Photographs mainly contains photographs of ambassadorial visits to BYU and Utah for the Utah Centennial celebration and for the Brigham Young University Ambassadorial Lecture Series. The Commencement series contains minutes, memos, programs, itineraries, and information about Brigham Young University commencements over the years. Video/Audio has many miscellaneous videos, many of which are of past Brigham Young University commencements. It also contains audiotapes of special speakers and meetings. Lastly, Transparencies and Slides contains transparencies and slides used in Admissions and Records presentations about the touch-tone registration system, the admissions process, and different technology systems.
