The part borrowed from a farce by Henry Lee as Throw physick to the dogs (printed in 1809 under title, Caleb Quotem and his wife)--is here replaced by matter from Dibdin's The mad guardian, or, Sunshine after rain, which Colman claims was Lee's original.
