Reverse legend depicts allegorical figure of Genius (Genius, Spirit) holding patera (libation bowl) and cornucopiae with inscription of "GENIO POPVLI ROMANI." Mint-mark of "HT"(Heraclea) located at bottom of reverse.
Heraclea (now Erekli, Turkey) was a town in Bythinia, a district in Asia Minor on the S. coast of the Black Sea.
Description: 1 coin : bronze follis ; 17 mm. in diam.
