'An answer to the exceptions made by Erasmus Warren, against the Sacred theory of the earth. The second edition', 'A short consideration of Mr. Erasmus Warren's Defence of his exceptions', and 'A relation of the proceedings at Charter-House, upon occasion of King James the IId his presenting a papist . The second edition' each have a separate titlepage and pagination; the signatures are separate from the first portion of the volume but continuous through the three works.
