A mystery of a book

This small book has portions of Saint Paul's writings taken from the New Testament (Acts and Paul's Letters) and placed in an orderly fashion to present his life as an autobiography. Very scarce. Quite a nice collectable!  Google search brought up no info on who "The Deaconess" was...
