Abstract:

Joe is a process server. After several failed attempts to serve papers to various clients, Joe is able to persuade his boss to give him another chance with a high-profile client, a wealthy Texas cattle baron who has decided to divorce his wife and business partner, Sara. When Joe presents the divorce papers, she is shocked by the news, which would cost her half of the fortune. Sara strikes a deal with Joe-- if he's willing to take back the papers, say he never presented them, and serve a divorce petition to her husband first, she'll pay Joe an even million dollars.
