I was really eager to read this book since i find museums so intresting. It was was funny to see that the family was acting like they were in the pictures.sometimes when i go to the museum i do the same thing. I picture myself there. I think that this book will touch any reader who likes going to museums or has a love for art. I like how this book shows what the art work is when the family is viewing it. for example, the painting that his brother george is leaning against in the great Day of his Wrath by John Martin. Throughout the book it lists who did the paintings and their names.all of the illustrations have borders around them. I like how brown has the family imagining that they are part of the picture. I know that I can relate to this. He did an amazing job.

This Book won The Boston Globe Horn honor Book, (2004)
