Abstract:

Jet aces must pursue a terrorist who has highjacked a Mirage 2000 fighter jet. During the engagement, one of the pilots shoots down the plane. He is dismissed from the service, and his friend resigns in solidarity. But the French government soon needs them back, to land a big airplane contract by winning a race over hostile airspace; a race that pits the Mirage against the American F-16. A tale of pilots, international terrorists and shady government officials, with an airborne finale taking place above the Champs-Élysées during the Bastille Day celebration.
