Summary:
Stargate is an intergalactic gateway, developed by an ancient civilization, that links planets from other solar systems to ours. The US Air Force assembles a Stargate team headed by Colonel Jack O'Neill (Richard Dean Anderson) for interstellar peacekeeping.

In "Need," Jackson saves the life of a princess and the SG-1 team is taken prisoner. The romance between Jackson and the princess could save or doom them.

In "Thor's chariot," the team is outnumbered and overpowered when they try to protect the planet of Cimmeria from a Goa'uld attack, and must solve an accient riddle to save the planet.

In "Message in a bottle," an orb brought back to base infects O'Neill with an alien organism.

In "Family," the team tries to save Teal'c's son from the evil grasp of Apophis, but he has been brainwashed into accepting Apophis as his god.

In "Secrets," a reporter threatens to reveal the mysteries of the top-secret Stargate, and Jackson's wife is impregnated with a Goa'uld.  Read more...

Abstract:

Stargate is an intergalactic gateway, developed by an ancient civilization, that links planets from other solar systems to ours. The US Air Force assembles a Stargate team headed by Colonel Jack O'Neill (Richard Dean Anderson) for interstellar peacekeeping.
